"بر اساس آیین‌نامه جذب و بکارگیری پژوهشگران پسادکتری مصوب کمیسیون دائمی شورای عالی عتف مورخ ۱۴۰۱/۱۲/۰۷"

معاونت علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان ریاست جمهوری در قالب تفاهم‌نامه سه جانبه مورخ ۱۴۰۴/۰۶/۰۳ با دبیرخانه شورای عالی علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری(عتف) و صندوق نوآوری و شکوفایی و با هدف توسعه فناوری، حفظ و اشتغال نخبگان و پیوند علم با صنعت، از کلیه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان واجد شرایط و دانش‌آموختگان مقطع دکتری تخصصی دعوت به عمل می‌آورد تا در فراخوان «جذب و به­کارگیری پژوهشگران پسادکتری فناوری در شرکت­‌های دانش‌بنیان» مشارکت فعال داشته باشند.

این برنامه به منظور جذب و فعالیت پژوهشگر پسادکتری در شرکت‌­های دانش‌بنیان است که ضمن حضور تمام‌وقت پژوهشگران پسادکتری در محیط فناورانه شرکت‌­های دانش‌­بنیان، فرصتی برای شرکت‌ها جهت بهره‌گیری از دانش و خلاقیت نیروهای متخصص برای حل چالش‌های فناورانه و توسعه محصولات جدید فراهم می‌آورد.

🎓 PhD Studentship: Efficient Long-Horizon Task Execution in Physical AI (Deep learning, Computer Vision, Robotics)

📝 The project will explore orchestrating reasoning models, vision-language models, world models and efficient control policies for reliable robot behaviour.

🔎 A key focus is deciding when to deliberate versus act reactively, using reasoning only when the gain in success justifies the cost in time, energy and compute.

📚 Research directions may include long-horizon planning with monitoring and recovery; efficient hybrid reasoning; vision-language task decomposition; world models for prediction and planning; reactive-deliberative architectures; compute-aware evaluation; edge/cloud orchestration; and real-robot testing. Work could involve new algorithms, reasoning pipelines, foundation model evaluation, benchmarks, platform integration and practical deployment limits.

🤓 It suits candidates interested in machine learning, computer vision, robotics, efficient inference or embodied AI, prioritising practical, reliable systems.

🗂 Join a cutting-edge interdisciplinary project at the intersection of photonics, biophotonics, and advanced materials.

📚 We’re seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to join our team in Erlangen, Germany, at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) and the Max-Planck Institute for the Science of Light, to develop next-generation hollow-core fibres for multiphoton endoscopy. This project is in collaboration with the Institut Fresnel (Marseille, France), the University of Ottawa (Canada) and the Lightcore (Industry partner focusing on fiber-based imaging, Lille & Marseille, France)

📝 Project Highlights:
- Design and fabricate novel hollow-core microstructured optical fibres with tailored nonlinear and polarization properties.
- Investigate ultrafast nonlinear pulse propagation in twisted photonic crystal fibres.
- Develop polarization-resolved multiphoton endoscopy techniques for deep-tissue imaging.
- Apply these advanced fibres to study actin filament orientation in living cells using 2-photon microscopy.

🔎 We’re looking for a candidate with:
A Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong background in optics, photonics, or fiber optics.
Experience with numerical modeling (e.g., FDTD, COMSOL, or similar) is a plus.
Enthusiasm for hands-on lab work, interdisciplinary collaboration, and scientific innovation.
