🎯 The MSCA Doctoral Network SPARK offers 15 fully funded PhD positions across Europe in the field of spatiotemporal photonics. The research focuses on next-generation photonic technologies, including spatiotemporal metamaterials, structured light fields, optical computing, and advanced light–matter interactions. Two PhD projects are available in Lisbon: (1) Communications and Synchrotron Sources Driven by Spatiotemporal Light Springs, and (2) Ultrashort Vector Pulses from Metasurfaces for Nonlinear Optics and Ultrafast Nanomagnetism. The projects combine photonics, nanotechnology, ultrafast optics, and advanced optical systems. Applicants must satisfy MSCA mobility requirements.
