📱 Foxconn Begins Trial Production of Apple's foldable iPhone

Apple is one step closer to releasing its first foldable iPhone. Foxconn has commenced trial production of the device, according to industry supply chain reports cited by ITHome, with shipments planned for the second half of 2026.

The foldable iPhone, widely referred to as the "iPhone Fold," is expected to feature a book-style design with a 7.8-inch inner display and a 5.5-inch outer screen, resembling Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold line.
