📱 Tim Cook Wants to Beat Meta at AR

Bloomberg reports that Apple CEO Tim Cook is "hell-bent" on developing true augmented reality glasses before Meta can bring a similar product to market. "Tim cares about nothing else," sources say.

The intense focus on AR glasses, which are more suitable for daily wear than Vision Pro, represents Cook's bid to cement his legacy at Apple beyond the iPhone, which still accounts for approximately 56% of the company's revenue as of January 2025.
