⚡️ The Stargate Initiative
Donald Trump has officially unveiled the “Stargate” project, a monumental AI infrastructure initiative valued at $500 billion. Backed by a joint venture of OpenAI, SoftBank, Oracle, and MGX, the program will construct a nationwide network of data centers in the U.S.
The first data center, planned for Texas in 2026, could reach nearly one gigawatt of electricity—enough to power 750,000 small homes.
SoftBank’s Masayoshi Son will serve as Chairman of the Board, OpenAI’s Sam Altman will lead operations, and Oracle will provide cloud expertise under Larry Ellison’s guidance. MGX, a Middle Eastern venture fund, will also contribute significant investment.
Industry heavyweights NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Arm will collaborate on the project’s technical infrastructure. With this bold move, Stargate is positioned to transform America’s AI landscape and create tens of thousands of new jobs.
