For everyone who has been using Parallel, unfortunately, as of today the app is no longer available, at least in my region, and from what I already know, the same thing is happening in some other regions as well.

This is pretty annoying for mobile players because Parallel was basically the easiest way for us to communicate while playing. No Discord setups, no PC connection, nothing complicated. You just opened it and talked with your team in the background, basically like TeamSpeak for mobile.

Discord isn’t really a proper replacement for this because of the way it affects the game audio on mobile. There are workarounds, for example connecting your phone through a PC and using Discord there, which is what I’ve been doing, but obviously not everyone has that setup and it’s way too complicated for something as simple as team communication.

There is already another app that could potentially replace Parallel, but I don’t want to recommend it yet and tell everyone to download it before I know that it actually works properly.

So for now, we just need to wait a little bit. Hopefully we’ll have a proper alternative soon, and if I find something that I can actually recommend, I’ll let you guys know.
