Can I use it even if am not in Korea?
100% yeah! Even if you're outside of Korea, you can still participate: It is available globally.

Nice! When it gonna live?
Its already on the way to be available with the today's update. After the update is completed (expected in a few hours), all users will see the new P2E Mission inside OverFlex.
