And, honestly, life teaches us something really important every single day

💡разница между open и opened зависит от того, чем слово open является в предложении — прилагательным (какой? - открытый) или глаголом (что сделал? - открыл)
1️⃣как прилагательное open используется, когда нужно описать текущее состояние (находится в открытом виде)
the door is open
2️⃣как глагол open используется для описания действия, которое уже произошло в прошлом
she opened the door

jorts - джинсовые шорты
сначала я подумал, что маркетологи ZARA придумали это слово, но потом я double-checked [перепроверил] на сайте Cambridge Dictionary 📚
и действительно есть такое слово
jeans + shorts = jorts
