Salary: €65k–85k gross

We’re an HR tech startup from Germany building an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps companies hire faster and smarter. Small international team, no bureaucracy, fully remote across Europe.

Tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, AWS (Lambda, CI/CD), GCP, Docker, Git, React (basic), OpenSearch, LLM APIs

Требования к кандидату:
• 5+ years of backend / full-stack experience (Node.js, REST APIs)
• Strong PostgreSQL skills (schemas, migrations, performance)
• Solid DevOps experience (CI/CD, AWS/GCP, Docker)
• Basic React knowledge is a plus
• English B2+ (the team works fully in English)
• Based in Europe and able to work on a B2B contract
