- 5+ years of experience with .NET / C#
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Experience building and supporting backend services
- Practical experience with Git/GitHub
- Ability to work with incomplete specifications
- Comfortable working with distributed teams
- Experience with AWS (CDK/SDK)
- Basic experience with Unix-based systems
- Familiarity with NoSQL/column-oriented DBs
- Ability to read basic Python or Java code
