- At least 5 years of commercial programming experience
- 2+ years specifically in Rust
- Expert-level Rust knowledge
- Experience with Rust's ecosystem
- Detailed understanding of high performance systems
- Proficiency with profiling tools
- Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- UNIX / Linux proficiency
- Knowledge of AMM DeFi protocols
- Experience with Anchor smart contract development
