- 6+ years of experience in production software
- 3+ years with asynchronous Python in production
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Strong background in complex distributed systems
- Practical experience with LLMs and AI frameworks
- Tech stack: Python 3.13, asyncio, Kubernetes, Kafka
- Experience with PostgreSQL, HTTP/gRPC, ELK, Grafana
