- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile app development
- Understanding of RN-Bridge, JSI, New Arch
- Experience in upgrading RN app versions in production
- Advanced skills in working with reanimated and gesture-handler
- Knowledge of Java/Kotlin + ObjC/Swift for native modules
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in development
- Strong debugging skills and proactive problem-solving
- Proven track record of taking initiative and ownership
