- Strong people management skills and team leadership experience
- Experience in mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Proficiency with Linux system administration
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Ansible
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, load balancers and DNS
- Broad and practical understanding of security across systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer/Network Engineering or a closely related technical field
- Fluency in Russian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian is required
