We are creating a SaaS-platform that helps our customers to grow their business around the world. Our platform allows small and medium-sized businesses dealing with taxes, finance and accounting.

Требования к кандидату:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience as a software developer,
preferably with T-shaped expertise
- Leadership Background: At least 2 years as Head of Engineering
/ Engineering Manager in large projects or CTO in small projects
- Architecture & Design: Deep understanding of software architecture,
design principles, and development methodologies
- Communication: Excellent ability to align technical teams and
business stakeholders
- People Growth: Proven success in developing engineers through
mentorship, feedback, and structured growth plans
