- M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Python or R with statistical libraries
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and probability
- Experience with predictive models and financial datasets
- Knowledge of classical methods and machine learning approaches
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical initiative
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
