At Finom, AI agents, ML models, and dashboards power our decision-making, credit scoring, and transaction monitoring.
My team builds the foundation underneath all of that: a real-time, well-governed Lakehouse on Databricks. Demand is growing — our platform's internal user base has nearly 4x'd in the past year — and we're looking for a senior pair of hands to help scale it.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Turn raw Kafka streams into documented, easy-to-use data products
🔹 Own our Core layer and shape our data governance and data quality practices
🔹 Drive scalable, self-service data modeling for the whole company
🔹 Help build out data quality controls and data contracts
