- 3+ years of experience in fullstack development
- Strong architectural and technical skills
- Experience with AI code agents (Claude Code preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, GKE, CI/CD)
- Proficiency in backend development (Golang or Python)
- Experience with Terraform and GitLab CI
- Familiarity with agile processes
