- 3+ years building production AI/LLM systems 
- Strong Python; vLLM, LangGraph, LangChain or equivalent 
- MLOps: cost and latency optimisation 
- Fluency with agentic tooling like Claude Code or Cursor 
- English fluency for stakeholder presentations
