- Relevant experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to build financial models and forecasts
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
- Strong organizational skills and systematic thinking
- Experience in startups, IT, SaaS, AI, or digital products
- Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel advanced functions
- Experience with BI, dashboards, or analytics tools
- Understanding of product metrics, CAC/LTV economics
