We are a fast-growing company committed to building robust, compliant, and scalable operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Требования к кандидату:
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, or project coordination within fintech, digital assets, or any financial services
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, practices, and principles applicable to the financial and crypto industry
- Experience supporting licensing or certification processes is a strong advantage
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills — able to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, IT, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, PMP) are an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Russian or Greek is a plus
