- Hands-on experience building LLM-based products
- Strong practical skills in prompt engineering
- Experience developing and launching AI solutions
- Good knowledge of Python and modern AI tooling
- Strong engineering judgment and pragmatic approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- B1 or higher English level
- Relocation support to Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan
