Требования к кандидату:
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Program Manager, Head of Automation, Product Operations Lead, Digital Transformation Manager, Technology Consultant, VP Engineering, or similar role
- Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects
- Proven experience creating and implementing AI systems, internal assistants, knowledge bots, copilots, workflow automation tools, or other internal platforms
- Experience launching and scaling transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Experience with LLMs, AI tools, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or similar technologies
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
