- 5+ years of hands-on ML/Data Science experience
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Expertise in time-series forecasting and prediction models
- Production ML experience
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Deep SQL proficiency
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
- Experience in logistics or food delivery companies
- Domain expertise in ETA prediction
- Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring
- Experience with real-time streaming technologies
- Track record of mentoring junior engineers
