Требования к кандидату:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, or DWH development—with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-grade data warehouse architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Advanced SQL expertise across multiple dialects; strong programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark or other distributed computing frameworks.
- Solid experience with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred)—including services like S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, or similar.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services is highly advantageous.
