Lead AI Engineer (ML, NLP, RAG, LLM Orchestrating)
Remote.

A product company creates AI Assistant tools tailored to the needs of professional investors, analysts, and venture partners.

Requirements
🔹Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline;
🔹10+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C++, C#, PHP Rust, Go, Python, etc;
🔹Solid experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others;
🔹Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures like BERT, GPT4, T5, LLaMA, etc;
🔹Commercia experience in training, fine-tuning, and validating ML models;
🔹Commercial experience in building LLM applications, especially RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, RAG Evaluation;
🔹Technical lead or team lead experience in an engineering team of at least 2 years;
🔹Familiarity with distributed systems, containerization, and modern DevOps practices (e.g., K8S, Docker, CI/CD);
🔹Excellent English communication skills.
