Senior NLP Engineer
Remote, $5000-$7000

We’re reinventing the AI dating space with Blush, an AI-powered dating simulator that helps people practice relationship skills in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate production NLP services and LLM inference systems, ensuring their observability and availability
- Improve chat quality: memory, character consistency, engagement, and the overall conversational experience
- Analyze the performance of new features through offline/online evaluations and A/B tests
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship cross-functional features

Requirements:
-Experience operating production systems: Docker, CI/CD, observability (metrics/logs/monitoring); familiarity with Ansible/TeamCity/Datadog is a plus
-Proficiency in building and maintaining Python services using FastAPI or Flask
-Experience running efficient LLM inference with TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or SGLang
-Strong understanding of modern NLP/LLMs. Practical experience developing conversational AI systems is a strong plus
-Comfortable with SQL; experience with ClickHouse/PostgreSQL/Athena and with DVC pipelines is a plus
-Strong teamwork and clear communication skills

Nice to have:
-Experience processing images with VLMs is a strong plus
- Experience building RAG systems
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience or interest in developing image- and video-generation services
