- 5+ years of software development experience
- 1+ year leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong Python skills (TypeScript or Go is a plus)
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs
- Strong written and spoken English (B2+)
- Nice to have: Experience with SaaS, conversational AI, NLP
