Fairmarkit is a company that equips procurement teams with automation, AI and GenAI so they can source more competitively at scale.

Responsibilities:
🔹Leading the Data Science team.
🔹Collaborating with product teams to identify and formalize business needs.
🔹Searching, collecting, analyzing, and transforming data to address specific problems.
🔹Prototyping new models and developing detailed integration plans for their incorporation into existing business processes.

Requirements:
🔹Using NLP and learn-to-rank models to understand customer requests and deliver best-in-class supplier recommendations.
🔹Building graph models that enable customers to increase their supplier relationships and discover new relevant suppliers for sourcing.
🔹Developing ML models that parse and analyze large amounts of unstructured documents, deploying them in human-in-the-loop procurement processes.
🔹Initiating R&D projects.
🔹Working with other engineers to build out parts of the MLOps infrastructure.
