SplitMetrics is a remote-first team of experts building the future of mobile marketing.

Requirements:
🔹4-5 years of experience in a position of Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist.
🔹Deep understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning algorithms.
🔹Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL.
🔹Experience with one of the following libraries: LightGBM / XGBoost / CatBoost.
🔹Good mathematical background: statistics / probability theory / optimization.

Will be a plus:
🔹Knowledge of modern NLP methods, LLMs and transformers.
🔹Skills in productionizштп ML models from research to deployment.
🔹Experience in digital advertising or app search optimization.
🔹Experience in working with AWS.
