The Oxford Handbook of the New Space Economy

The Oxford Handbook of the New Space Economy is now in print and available. Dmitry Payson and Ivan Kosenkov authored "Changing Dynamics in Russia's Space Economy," examining the Russian manifestation of the NSE through the lens of diversification, including three significant elements: governance segregation, monetization of space services, and market liberalization. Payson also contributed the "Space Industry Ecosystem" chapter, which discusses the key elements, actors, and categories comprising the space industry ecosystem.
