If I could give advice, I would say two things. First, always keep track of your finances, your spendings and income, every cent / ruble / etc. you spend should be reflected there. You might be surprised. Second, build emergency funds. There's nothing more important than some financial support you can provide for yourself in case something happens. Build emergency funds and you will feel much safer.
