OnlyMonster statement on the updated OnlyFans Terms of Service

We are aware that OnlyFans has published updated Terms of Service, which are due to take effect on 1 November 2026. We understand that many creators and agencies have questions about what the changes mean for their accounts and for the software they use.

Our legal, data protection and product teams are reviewing the updated Terms in detail. Until that review is complete, we will not comment on specific provisions or on how they may apply to individual accounts. We want our position to be accurate rather than fast.

We aim to share our position with customers before the updated Terms take effect. We will publish it on our website and in our official Telegram channel, and send it to account owners by email.

In the meantime:
- Each platform's terms apply directly to the creators and agencies who use it. We recommend that you read the updated OnlyFans Terms yourself and, if needed, seek independent advice.
- The Service continues to operate as usual. We will communicate any change as early as possible.
