Today, after a rigorous beta-testing in a closed mode, we are happy to make Chatter Metrics available for everyone!
From now on, you have a 360° view of your chatters’ productivity evaluated by 20+ metrics. For some agencies, this could mark the beginning of relaxed chatters layoffs and replacing them with more enthusiastic operators.
And that's not all we'd like to share today. 💥

This release of Chatter Metrics is only the first stage out of the planned three, each of which will come with even more advanced capabilities for your chatters' performance tracking. Currently, in PPV sales, we only count the PPV sent by the chatter.

But stay tuned, as we’ll soon implement chatter shifts, allowing us to provide even more comprehensive data.

💥 Impact - Revenue share earned by the chatter.
✉️ Total Messages Sent - Total number of sent messages, excluding mass messages.
📝 Manually Typed Messages - Number of manually typed and sent messages.
🤖 AI Replies - Number of messages sent with AI Assistant.
🗂 Templates Sent - Number of template messages sent.
📋 Copy-Paste Count - Number of messages sent through copy-pasting.
🚫 Unsent Messages - Number of unsent messages.
📷 Free Media Sent - Number of messages with free media files attached.
💸 PPV Sent - Number of messages with paid media files attached.
🛒 PPV Sold - Number of PPV messages purchased by fans.
⏱ Avg. PPV Purchase Time - Average time between sending a PPV message and its purchase within 60 minutes.
⚖️ PPV to Free Ratio - Ratio of sent paid media to free media.
📊 PPV to Message Ratio - Ratio of sent paid media to manually typed messages.
📈 PPV Open Rate - Conversion rate of sent PPV to purchases.
💵 Avg Price of Sent PPV - Average price of sent PPV (in gross).
💵 Avg Price of Sold PPV - Average price of sold PPV (in gross).
💬 Total Chats - Total count of chats where chatter manually sent messages.
🗣 Words - Number of words typed and sent by a chatter.
📝 Avg Words per Message - Average word count per manually written message.
📬 Posts - Number of posts made by the chatter.
