About channel ads

From today, Telegram has started to place ads at the bottom of channels in the latest version of the client, which cannot be hidden or turned off.

The ads placed by Telegram are not related to the channel owner, and the channel owner cannot choose to disable the ads.

If you see messages with the words "advertisement", "sponsored" in the bottom right corner, please check the content carefully and be careful not to be fooled. Be aware of this.
