🤔 Trading Signals: Useful or Dangerous?
Have you ever wondered why some traders make profits while others stay in the negative? Perhaps it's a matter of what they rely on. Let's talk about trading signals and whether you should trust them.
📍 Trading signals are recommendations to open or close positions in the market.
Everything looks simple: if you get a signal, you buy or sell. But here's the question: are you ready to risk following other people's decisions?
😯 But what is really happening?
A robot or a human (provider) analyzes the market -> finds the "perfect" moment -> sends a signal -> the subscriber receives the signal and consequently acts.
Sounds perfect?
But let's talk about reality...
❌ Late signals: A trader receives a signal to buy a cryptocurrency, but by the time of action, the price has already risen, and the trade makes a loss due to a pullback.
❌ False sense of security: A trader follows a sell signal, confident in its reliability, but misses important news that changes the market situation and closes the position with losses.
❌ Ignoring risk: A trader recklessly increases a position based on a few successful signals, but a sharp market reversal causes significant losses that could have been avoided with proper risk management.
Such situations in signal trading are not uncommon....
❓ But what to do then? What decision-making tools should I use, and whose opinion should I rely on?
