Good news today!
After contacting the Better Business Bureau, a lawyer and the company above the local offices of West Shore Home I got a call from West Shore Home by a new desk jockey stating they are going to rip out everything and replace it all properly.
But! They will not raise the vanity because they did not install it.
So now I am waiting for a call from the installation manager to discuss lowering the floor or raising the vanity.
