We have already reinstated around 700 users, fully restoring their balances and access to their gifts.
Approximately 60 accounts still require additional review. These users have also been reinstated, but temporary restrictions remain in place: gifts cannot be used or transferred in any way, and balances have been adjusted based on the results of our review.
If you are in this group, please contact our support team at @mrkt_help_service_bot. We will continue reviewing each case manually and will remove all restrictions once we confirm that the user was not involved in any abuse.
The total loss incurred by MRKT amounted to approximately $600,000. We have absorbed the loss and are covering it at our own expense — user funds were not affected.
