🏴 Friends, we want to provide an update regarding the temporary restrictions on some accounts.

Initially, 759 users were temporarily blocked as part of the investigation. At the moment, 194 accounts remain under review.

We understand that some users affected by the temporary restrictions may not have been involved in any violations. This is exactly why we are reviewing every case manually and carefully.

The restrictions were introduced as part of the investigation into accounts that may have been connected to the use of a bug that allowed assets to be increased unfairly. The review involves not only our support team, but also our developers.

This is a serious situation for us. MRKT has not recovered even 5% of what was lost. We are prepared for the possibility that nothing may be recovered, but we want to make sure we have done everything we can to review the situation properly and fairly.

Due to the number of cases and requests, the process is taking longer than we would like. We understand that waiting can cause concern, frustration, and questions.

If the review confirms that there was no connection to any violations, the account will be fully unblocked.
