🔑 How a $7K Wrong-Chain Transfer Led to an Official Safe Factory

An attacker reproduced a factory's exact address and nonce sequence on Ethereum to claim USDT mistakenly sent to a Safe that only existed on Avalanche.

The trick worked because CREATE-based addresses depend on deployer and nonce, not owners; the resulting factory later became an official Safe deployment.
