To be fair, Maybe the main reason is:
I have so many people that take me seriously, fight my fights, take my feelings into consideration, and deem me important in their lives that it takes me by surprise when someone randomly just... doesn't.

🔮 Lestat de Lioncourt

Oh boy I have been waiting so much to do this.
I narrowed down his vibe to Gemeni, Leo and Saggitarius. Walk with me:
Gemeni fits him because he is moody and unexpected. Also, not to be rude, but mutable signs are more prone to cheating. Sorry, I don't make the rules.
He is so interested in keeping up with the time, with the new inventions (the car, the scoop, Halloween costumes.) he has so many hobbies that he suddenly abandons. That's sun for sure.
On the other hand he is ruled by emotions more than his mind, so I'd give him Venus Leo. The way he shows love is going to opera and public places together.
Also I'd say Moon Cancer? He is so nostalgic and homebound and it'd fit him well.
Where does saggitarius fit in all this? Rising. He is a perfectionist but can't decide on one thing to do. He switches between ideas and projects, he loves long rants, but through all this he never loses sight of what he really wants.

🔮 Shigaraki Tomura

Okay hear me out, he MUST have a lot of scorpio in his chart because of how long he kept his vendetta. Scorpio is the monarch of underworld, of darkness, paranoia and secretiveness. The fixed sign Sun for sure, Mars definitely, Mercury maybe.
Idk if you see the vision, but Rising Virgo because of how obsessive he is about his plans.
Moon in Pieces because he is sensitive and lives almost entirely in his dream world, and he is manipulated very easily. I don't have any idea about his Venus though.

🔮 Hanji Zoe

Again I was torn between Aquarius and Gemeni but I'd say they are ruled by Aquarius with a bunch of Gemeni in their chart. Aquarius is all about looking forward, changing the world and moving the world forward. Typical mad scientist stuff.
Mercury Gemeni makes sense because of how they get excited over new data. Rising saggitarius because of how they yap everyone's ear off and never stick to one plan at a time.

🔮 Inej Ghafa

I didn't even need to think: Sun Virgo. She is methodical, no detail escapes her keen eyes, the plans would fall apart without her stabilizing and seeing through the little mistakes.
At the same time, her love language is pushing you and rolling her eyes at you with disappointment when she thinks you aren't trying your best. Virgo is derived of the word virgin which indicates the innocence and her soft maternal instinct at the same time as her razor sharp remarks when you disappoint her. Virgo is the problem solver and the organizer.

Mercury Libra because she finds solace in harmony and religion. Moon Capricorn because of the loyalty and endurance.

🔮 Natasha and Yelena

I get Wind vibes from both of them. They won't be trapped or controlled and the world sure as hell tries.
Natasha is Aquarius and Yelena is Gemeni.
Natasha is independence and freedom the way introverts want to have. Never wanting her trauma to define her but not pushing it under a rug either. She owns up her mistakes and uses her scars as weapons.
Yelena is quick sarcastic remarks and using jokes to make friends. Wanting to make her own choices, see the whole world and to never stay in one place.
Wind is about change. Gemeni is all about changing themselves, Aquarius is all about changing the world around them.

A lil bonus: I think Nat is Moon Pieces or Cancer with all the guilt that comes with it and yearning for a home, But Yelena is Moon Aries with the explosive emotions and sense of betreyal she showed in both Hawkeye and Black Widow.

🔮 Benjamin Ovich

I was stuck between Sun Capricorn and Scorpio. He is fixed on his beliefs, doesn't let people in easily but when he does, he is fiercely loyal. But the dark undertones of his character, secrecy, raw intensity and psychological war with himself and the world around him? It's too Scorpio to ignore.

I'll give him Moon Capricorn though. His emotions are under fierce control at any given moment. His venus is in Aquarius, which is a soul-wrenching paradox. Sun Scorpio is overflowing with love, Moon Capricorn tries to hide from is and see sende, Venus Aquarius is sharp and pracrical like a knife.
I'll just leave you all with Mercury Sagittarius because he was so charismatic on the bus.

🔮 Basil

He is a gold standard of how someone with both Sun and Moon Pieces would be. He is whimsical and quiet, very artistic but not too eager to advertise it, lives in his own head, takes photos of his friends to make them happy and loves plants. It's all too Pieces.
Pieces people have this wall around them and are too nervous to let the dark parts slip out.

I'd say he is a Mercury Libra because he is scared of confrontation and too addicted to keeping things the way they were. Thinkining harmony is ignoring the conflict and brushing them under the rug is such a libra trait.

🔮 James Potter

The guy is impulsive and a natural leader. He loves the chase, not the catch. so it just SCREAMS Sun Aries.

I'd say Leo Rising because he can't help being in the center of attention...
But under these fiery facades, his Moon and Venus are definitely water. He is a family guy, aches for a sense of home and belonging, almost manipulative at times. So I'd say double Cancer.

Honorable mention: Scorpio Mars. He is attracted to darkness, conflict, and lack of trust more than it is any good for him.
