📶薪资  : 20-30K RMB +绩效 + 全勤
😓 上班时间： 9小时，月休6天
📱 地点：菲律宾

🤥岗位职责 🤥:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements
2. Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business locally and internationally
3. Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors
4. Designing and delivering legal training to the business
5. Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect our business and specific industry
6. Liaising with senior members of staff
7. Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company

🥰任职要求🥰:
1. Excellent knowledge on international business law and procedures
2. Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
3. High degree of professional ethics and integrity
4. Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
5. Outstanding communication skills
6. BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
7. Ability to speak Chinese will be a plus
