We invite you to take part in the Futures Literacy Lab dedicated to the future of education💎

This framework, developed by UNESCO, helps us better understand the role of the future in what we see and do. Which assumptions make us believe in certain scenarios? Who creates these images of the future? And why is there not one future but many? Let’s explore the concepts and apply them to the topic of education!

We invite everyone, who is interested in education, to explore various ideas together. This will allow us to anticipate potential futures and become more resilient by learning how to deal with different scenarios of the future. The Futures Literacy framework also empowers imagination and creativity.

Who will conduct the workshop:

Evgeniya Igolnikova, expert in education, currently leading the Research Competency Centre at JetBrains, ex-lead of strategical competencies development at Gazprom Neft, and ex-Hyundai. Evgeniya studied the framework of Futures Literacy at Copenhagen University of Futures Studies and is passionate to conduct the Lab on this topic to explore how education is changing together with how we live and work.

Alongside with leading various in-house training programs, aimed at developing research culture and leadership, Evgeniya has explored the future of education through such initiatives as organizing the “We are in the Future” conference for universities (also in collaboration with Rozetka), as well as developing an educational program focused on future skills. These projects have received multiple HR awards.

This year, Evgeniya deepened her expertise by studying the Futures Literacy framework at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. She is passionate about conducting labs on this topic to explore how education is evolving.
