What happens next?
1. This non-binding poll seeks to gauge STRK holders’ interest in exploring that direction further. It will run for 7 days.
2. Results will be immediately visible at poll close.
3. If the poll result is “Yes”, a research effort on the matter will start, leading to more detailed proposals and polls.
4. If the poll result is “No”, the post-quantum work as an L2 continues.
5. If the poll result is “Neutral”, this thread stays open until the missing answers are in.
