If you haven't seen the movie Hunger Games, it's a must-watch. Citizens living in "districts" that they are confined into. They have no rights to travel freely outside of their assigned districts.
Just like the 15 minute cities, the global oligarchs are planning to lock us into. We won't be able to move further than 15 minutes by walking. They're also being called Smart Cities and lately (can't make this up) Districts.
