"We have talked about race and have highlighted race as the basis of our thinking; we have spoken of the sacredness of the soil; we coined the word βpeople without spaceβ; we said that leadership means everything. None of this was taken into account during peacetime. Many people have asked for examples and it has been very difficult to go against those teachings that deny all this, that do not want to recognize the race, that do not want to have anything to do with leadership. But now in the war, especially now that we have the fight with Poland behind us, there is no more apt example than Poland itself to prove the concept of race. I am convinced that this fight can only be fought with our idea. If our people didn't have our idea now, the deaths of these 10,000 people and the wounds of more than 30,000 Germans would certainly have been in vain. The fulfillment of this struggle, the evaluation of this gigantic and unique struggle against Poland is only possible through our idea, through the party; Because if people, for example, were still afflicted with the Christian idea and they now acted full of compassion and charity like confessing pastors and prophets, one would be horrified. [...] We can only take our mission by saying that it is God's will that a higher race should rule over a lower race, and if there is not enough room for both, then the lower race must be pushed out and, if necessary, exterminated for the benefit of the higher race. The same applies to the strong and the weak. Nature everywhere eradicates the weak and unhealthy in favor of the strong and healthy. The healthy deer pushes the sick one, and the healthy elephant tramples the sick one. However, for 2000 years we have preserved the sick out of pity, nurtured and cared for the inferior, and have not allowed the superior to develop in its favor."
