Fees are flexible and can be discussed to help close the deal, if nothing is discussed before listing the 10% min $100 fee will be charged at the time of sale

• You must provide a BIN price. I take a 10% fee, and you receive 90% of the BIN.

• Any offers I receive will be shared with you. If you accept one, the same 10% fee applies and you receive 90%.

• I may list or sell above the BIN at my discretion. Any amount above the BIN is mine and does not affect your 90%.

(Example: BIN is $1,000 and the sale closes at $2,000 — you receive $900.)
