A user asked the Nothing Team about the UI inconsistency between Phone 2 and Phone 4a when both of them run on the same Nothing OS 4.1 and their response is ....

"The UI difference you've noticed is intentional. The card-based Settings UI was designed specifically for newer devices like the Phone (4a) to leverage their advanced hardware capabilities and provide a more modern user experience".

The Nothing Phone 2 has Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 which is more powerful than the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 that powers the Nothing Phone 4a. Still, the Phone 4a will get a better card design UI simply due to

advanced hardware capabilities and provide a more modern user experience.

Even Xiaomi users aren't scammed this much with the HyperOS.
