Most projects are launching their tokens through airdrops. Sounds fair, sounds exciting… but is it really effective?

Truth is, it often isn’t.

The typical airdrop playbook - announce, hype, drop, all sell their drops, done - leads to inflated expectations, short - term farming, and very little lasting engagement.

Airdrop = dump.
Hype = gone in a week.
Community = silent.
