Trump said there are essentially four major processors, calling that “a very non competitive number” that makes life miserable for American farmers and ranchers. “I am authorizing legal documents to be drawn in order to allow Farmers and Ranchers to be given the right to PROCESS THEIR OWN FOOD,” Trump said. “This should move quickly.”
